37 week scare/ update, so blessed!

We had a little scare this week, we went in for a follow up ultrasound and they noticed something different with trigg's heart, the radiologist came in and had never saw it, it was a big loose piece of skin flapping into the left atrium so they sent me to perinatology up north Friday and they hadn't seen it. We got more ultrasounds. To be safe she wanted to send me for a fetal echocardiogram at primary children's so we headed up. She kind of thought it looked like what I had she read my surgery reports and that's what it sounded like the same. Made me worried but we went and got the echo on his heart and the specialist came in and said it will correct it self he is fine. Not even need a follow up. The pressures in his heart change and after birth it will seal over the foramen ovale, and close that hole. It's just longer than usual but just fine! So wheewwww It was a hard few days I got nervous! But I was so comforted and knew things were going to be fine. I am 37 weeks and 3 days so really any day!! :) that's triggs up date! Look at that little smirk. We could see him move his face and scrunch it and smile! So amazing! He weighs right now 6lbs 15 oz. :) chunky guy! Looks like his dad but they saw quite a bitof hair so Nate with hair!!
We are so blessed he is all healthy has has been looked at so closely and everything is healthy! After being at primary's and seeing so many kids with problems it makes me so great full for my health, but for this healthy little boy coming into our lives. Can't wait to meet him! Any time would be great!

Dr. Seuss Baby Shower

For months my mom has been so excited to throw me a baby shower, for their young women's in excellence they did it in a dr. Seuss theme and it turned out so cute, so she wanted to do a Dr. Seuss baby shower and it was a huge success!!! She pinned so much and got so many cute ideas!! It turned out to be so cute! I couldn't have imagined it any better!
My sister did the announcements and all the cute sayings and cupcake wrappers, banner, thank you's. Then Kayla my amazing cousin helped and did cupcakes, and Jennica did the cutest poof balls that decorated up the whole party and came down the night before and helped so much! I want to thank my mom, aut, Kayla, and Jennica and everyone that came for the most amazing baby shower I could have asked for!!  We had green eggs (deviled eggs) and ham sandwiches, colorful pasta salad, dr Seuss hats (bananas, and strawberries), frog eyed salad, lots of cup cakes decorated sooo cute and crazy like dr Seuss. We also had dipped marshmallows and Oreo cookies, and candy!! They had Swedish fish in blue jello in fish bowls, I am telling you it was just so cute!! Books, and lots of dr. Seuss!
We played a few little games, one matching candy bars to the sayings which was fun! We had every one participate so it was fun hearing what every one thought, also my sister found this cute little activity which I ended up loving the most!! On the paper it says dear Trigg I hope you learn.... I hope you respect.... I hope you love.... I hope you never forget... And so on. Every one filled one out and I read through them and they are so neat! I love hearing all the different things people wrote! They are defiantly keepers. Simple but so special!
I got sooooo many amazing gifts, I got
clothes, shoes, socks, bath stuff, so many cute blankets, high chair, my car seat and stroller, humidifier, my bedding, and just sooo much! Thank you everyone! Love you all! Baby Trigg is going to be looking stylish in all those new gifts!

For The Love of The Game

A few years ago we were able to go down to Phoenix and watch the braves vs. diamondbacks and ever since then Nate has wanted to go back! Last year we were busy with me finishing school, Nate starting his BLM summer job and we just couldn't fit it in. Now if you know Nate you understand how much he LOVES baseball, and even more the Atlanta Braves. Ever since he was young he has been a huge Braves fan. So all year he has been begging to go see them play anywhere! He tried to talk me into going to Denver a day before they played. Travel all day watch the game and drive all night to get home and take a final, no way I said! Few weeks later he saw they played in Arizona and his summer job was starting a week later! I couldn't say no to him!! He was so excited. Plus we needed to do it before we had the baby! So we booked rooms that night and bought tickets! He was like a little boy on Christmas!

It worked out well because Nate's parents wanted to go down for a break and watch so we were able to split gas and enjoy some much needed time with them. We went to batting practice and Nate was so excited! We went out in left field and Nate had taken a mitt and his only goal was to actually catch a home run ball. Balls were flying every where! At one point we thought he had one and some crazy lady caught it. But not too long after that he caught one!!! He caught it and threw that arm with the ball in the air with the biggest smile!!
Made the whole trip worth seeing him that happy! The braves lost both games, but it was a great trip and went by too quick! I hope this little boy if ours loves baseball like his dad!! We also had some guy tell me to go to this certain place at the stadium and they give a plaque thing for the baby. He was all excited to tell us about it. We went and well it was no plaque, a card stock paper you write his name on! But hey it still goes in his baseball room!

Plus Chase stadium has a roof that opens and closes!! The night game they opened it and it was perfect and during the day game they had it closed (thank goodness) with the AC going!! Yahoo being 32 weeks pregnant in Phoenix with all that heat is no fun, so that roof was amazing!! Love that field!
