Merry And Bright!

We had such a great Christmas break. It was defiantly way too short and could have lasted longer, but hey I will take it. We were down in Kanab this year, it had been 8 years since all if Nates brothers had been together on Christmas. They are all about 2 years apart so they were on missions. Plus all the grand kids were together! 

    We headed down Sunday the 22nd to St. George to the annual Johnson Christmas party which is always so much fun! Lots of great food, amazing people, hilarious games, and of course Santa! 

The rest of the family came to Kanab Monday morning and the fun begun! We had a skeet shooting competition that the boys has been teasing about for months, which included big money! The weather was so nice! Christmas Eve was so fun putting things up and laughing with family. We all opened Christmas "eve" presents, (pj's) and of course had to get pictures of the boys. 

Cruze and Trigg are only 4 months apart. Can you imagine the mischief these 2 will get get into!! 

 Christmas morning was great with Nix! He actually understood what was going on and he was so much fun. He was so much fun to watch! Christmas Day Nate, Bob, David and I all went on a horse ride. I have been dying to go on a ride! I hadn't ridden since I had found out I was pregnant so it was long over due! The weather was great and the horses were calm so that's always great!! 

Like I said earlier, time went by to quickly and back to real life!! We had such a great Holiday season! Having Trigg made it fun, even if he can't remember it or knows what's going on. He made the whole Christmas for Nate and I. I couldn't stop buying things for him!! Holidays are so much better with kids!! Hope every one had a grest Christmas and a happy new year!!! 

5 months

Where did the time go?? Trigg is already 5 months, and time is flying! This month Trigg seems so curious about everything. He looks and grabs everything, then it goes right to his mouth of course. I love seeing him grow, but at the same time hate watching my little baby turn into a little boy, way to fast! I used to think Trigg's 3 months clothes looked so big, now he is out if them and in 6 month clothes. He is growing like a weed. 

Trigg loves to sit up! He started sitting up a week before he turned 5 months. Now that's all he wants to do. He hates belly time still, and still won't roll. He gets on his side and so close, but I guess just doesn't feel the need to get on that belly. He turns himself around by using his legs, but that's all. He just wants to sit. He still smiles all day long, and is such a happy baby! 

Trigg got his first hair cut too! His cowlick was so long and out of control, sane with the top of his hair. The top was so long and all different lengths so we just trimmed the top to be all one length and trimmed that cowlick! He looks so cute with it spiked, plus it has grown like crazy since!
